I wouldn't put the oil and the cream on my face. Just the cream. I would think that the oil would clog your pores and make you break out.

I have tried both on face.. and the oil doesn't really make my face feels oily, but the cream does.. but as you said, I'm afraid it will caused break out in a long term..

I personally use the lotion on my face. Your're right the cream is a little heavy, but using the cream and the oil seemed a little much. Maybe the oil and the lotion? The lotion is a lot lighter. When I put the cream and oil on my face once, it made me sweat. So I didn't do it anymore.

I am new to this site, but yesterday was my first day using the cream and I was thinking it was making me kind of oily too. Thank God I have never had a problem with acne BUT I don't want to start getting bumps. I put on the oil first, than the cream but I stay in the AC to make sure it all dries up then put on sunscreen. I also keep cotton balls to dap my face when I go outside just in case I start sweating.

Does anybody have suggestions on how much to put on the body? I have the jar and the oil, I rub on just a little bit of both. It kind of has a medicine type of smell and I don't want to smell like that.

I've been using the lotion for almost 2 weeks now, & I've seen a big chance.. like 1-2shades lighter. It may take a little longer on my face cause I had a some dark spots, but there clearing up nicely.. no break-out or anything, just clearier skin... what I want to know if I'm using it correctly.. wash before put on every time? Well if I'm not, then bio claire lotion is still working well for me. Its great.. n its only been llittle east then 2weeks.

I found that HQ will eventually darken you with time. It may began by giving results, but then will ultimately make you even darker at the end.

Is the cream effective? As effective as the lotion at least?

Everyone talks about the lotion but dang it my local store doesn't have the lotion right now. I believe I saw it there before, but they've only got the cream and the oil right now and it sucks.

And I just can't understand how an oil works to lighten your skin, lol. I just thought oil kind of diluted everything, I don't know.

I wish I could get the lotion.

I just bought the cream today though.

OK... I already use Bio Claire around 8 days now.. I use the lotion on all over my body and cream on the face. And at night I apply oil first and follow by lotion on the face..
And I don't know what happen to my face now.. theres a lot of small red patches coming out all over my face, the skin around my mouth quiet itchy now..
Is it irritation or a normal process? I'm scared if it getting worse if I keep continue using it on the face..

Stawxxx, I never put the oil on my face, I think its too strong. I did get red patches on my body and they were itchy and it went away in about a week. That's because I was using the cream and the oil. Your body is harder to lighten so I guess you need something stronger, but I only used the lotion on my face and it worked just fine. No red spot or itching. But yes it's a normal process but it doesn't have to be for your face.

Hi Vicky! I bought my lotion here: Number one online site - beautyofnewyork.com

They ship the same day and it comes pretty quickly. I have had no problems with them.

Right now my face is light using HQ but I want to hold off on that and just try the Bioclaire ONLY....even in Barbados Bioclair is really big....I want to use it on my face but I'm afraid that the lightening would go away and then I would have to start fresh trying to lighten with the Bioclair......

Do yu thing I should try it?
