    Sister-in-law problems.
    My brother does not want to be with her anymore, since then he's been staying with us. Now that b*tch called acs on me. Which I don't have anything to do with their problem. What can I do on my behave. Can I take her to court for disgracing my character? Or what? Help...

    Explain to ACS that she is spiteful and seeking revenge. They will talk to you and do a case closed if they do not see any valid problems. You really can't take her to court for anything
