    Right away on my property
I own a property and our driveway is a right away to the neighbors property that wraps beside and behind our property... the right away also goes 25 feet of the driveway to my yard. And he keeps driving and parking a dump truck on my yard and ripping it up. He has full access to the driveway and the drive way goes all the way to his property... can he do that... I just don't understand how he can legally rip my yard up.

He shouldn't be able to do that. A right of way allows access with minimal damage to the property.

Dig out a copy of the right of way and read it carefully. If it doesn't say anything about giving him the right to damage the right of way property then send him a letter asking him to stop. If he ignores you or says he won't stop, speak to an attorney.
