Yup, gas is nuts, I think a horse and buggy would be cheaper. But, cleaning up horse poo, hmmmm, can you hire someone to do that? ;)

Who wants the job of horse poo picker upper? I'm paying in rubels and a roast duck. I hear she's quite plump, should be ready to cook any day now. :)

Hypermiling, meaning pumping gas and taking off without paying??

Here in Ontario a Veteran cop actually did that.. Imagine a cop stealing gas, wow.

She stopped laying eggs. No duck eggs for us, not unless we find another duck. :)

Night Sweet Stringer, dream happy dreams, frolicking in the forest, watching the nude bathers in the pond, wait, the duck's there, GET HER! :)

Hypermiling: "Fuel economy-maximizing behaviors", another useful meaning.

Alty: got her e-mail, currently writing her back.

Hypermiling is pretty crazy right now. People shut off their engines while turning curbs, going down hills... people don't brake when they're taking a turn... it gets a bit extreme... as people turn off their engine when they hit 80 mph on the highway and cruise until it drops down to about 65 mph, then kick it into gear again...

No, I don't think so Alty. Somehow a naked plucked duck with goose bumps all over its skin doesn't do anything for me... just call me strange I guess...
