I read the first two books of a series but can't find the title or author. (Romance)
The plot is... A woman with memory loss walks into a private eye's office. She has a gun, a valuable gem and money. He helps her get her memory back, figure out her step brothers were betraying her and that she had sent two other valuable stones to her best friends.
The second book follows one best friend, a bartender, as she is falsely accused of jumping bail and is picked up by a bounty hunter who then join the hunt to track down the other two stones.
I'd like to read the third but don't know where to start looking.

It's by Nora Roberts and it's the Stars of Mithra Series. I think the fist one is Hidden Star... but I'm not entirely sure on that one.
