    Bankruptcy and bursar bill
    If I file bankruptcy will that free up my transcripts from a university I attrened a while ago. The old housing bill is about $2000.oo and I cannot get my transcripts because of this bill? Ayn

    While it should, to be honest they may still refuse service, and you may have to take them to court,
