I am a stressed out mess.
I have had the same dream like 10 times now
About biting down really really hard until
My teeth break and shatter.
It's painful,scary, and I wake up
With images in my head.

I know it means I'm stressed
"stop stressing out"
Easier said than done

I don't know what to do
I'm scared to sleep.

It's 2 30 am right now


Please help tell me what to do

I was reading something about the different meanings of different dreams and ussually when your teeth break in your dream its because you care too much about your appearance, or basically what people think of you. Try to de-stressify your life. Do something for you, take a walk, a hot bath, read a great book, play with your pet. Whatever it is just relax. What are these images in your head afterward by the way?

"Stress" is inside you, not something outside of you. When I was younger, we never used the word stress. We said that we were nervous, anxious, worried and so forth.

Learn some relaxation techniques. Get your life in order to lessen your anxiety and nervousness. Meanwhile, have a glass of warm milk and lie down with a stuffed animal and think about sweet and happy stuff. :)
