Ok so yesterday I was masturbating there was some pain twords the middle of shaft on the back side facing the pelvic area. I woke up the next morning and noticed a lump where the pain was. Its nothing like a pimple just a hard/soft lump under the skin. It hurs if I touch it and the area around it is red. Its almost as if I tore a vein or something under the skin and its swelling but that just my thought hopeing its nothing seroius. I have has sex before only 3 partners in my lifetime. None of them told me they had an STD and I did have converstations with them about it but I have never been tested myself. Any idea about what this might be if it does not go away I am going to get it looked at by a doctor. For now its only been 2 days.

If this lump bothers you as much as you say it does, please see your doctor to be sure. I highly doubt that anyone will volunteer they have an STD either - don't trust them either to tell you even if you ask. Always use protection and you'll have a better chance of not getting a STD in the first place.

Definitely see a doctor, it could be a number of things, if its not spreading it could just be a swollen sweat gland but I suggest seeing a doctor

It could be a number of things, most of them harmless such as an inflamed hair follicle however I strongly advise you see your Doctor.
