    H1B Transfer without going to USA
    I got my H-1B through Company A. I haven't travelled on that yet. I am considering another offer from company B from india only. Can I aply for the transfer my H1B to company B?

    Normally you need to submit pay stubs minimum of 2 weeks together with transfer application. I don't think you can do that. Better discuss this matter to your employer's attorney.
