Is "dela" the whole name of the etching? I just found info saying that his works range from 50 - 300 €, there were 4 examples where u just see the results of the auctions:

There is not much information but here is what I found:

    Artist: Louis Claude
    Title: Dela
    Year: c. 1950
    Medium: Etching, signed
    Size: 20 x 25 inches

    Estimate $500 - $750

Have found several other etchings, all of equestrian motif.

Is what is below, perhaps an image of the one that you have? If not, please let me know. He did seem to be "into" doing art work that had to do with horse-type themes. I found it on the following site. Google Image Result for http://www.georgeglazer.com/prints/sporting/horses/steepledec1-2.jpg

Even if it's not the print that you have, prints or etchings by him would appear to fetch a pretty good price concerning the possible monetary value of them.

It is listed as follows: Louis Claude, Steeplechase Prints, Art Deco, 1923, $1,800, the pair.
