    How do I lien a mobil home in California
    I did some remodel work on a mobil home after I was 100% done the home owner is looking for excuses not to pay me, the home is in a mobil home park, it's worth about $60,000.00 and I am owed $15,000.00. How can I get my money? Thanks

    Have you looked into a MECHANIC'S LIEN - a claim created by law to secure priority of payment for work performed and materials provided by a vendor. Land may be attached as well as building, equipment or other property.
