    Traveling outside Canada under probation
My husband and I asked our brother-in-law to join us in Mexico next March. He was charged for a DUI a couple of years ago and is on probation until next May. Would he be able to travel with us

He will have to ask his PO and get permission, but for a couple year old DUI, I don't see why there should be a issue as long as he has not had any problems with the probation
