Old Shindawa weedeater won't prime carb.
I have checked for holes in fuel line and bulb. Filter not clooged. Is there a check valve of diaphram in the carb that can cause this problem?

If the lines and the filter is clear, check for a stopped up vent on the fuel cap. And check inside the carb for problems, or damage.
