    My computer won't boot.
    I have a Hewlett Packard Pavilion 6640c. That won't boot up:( I have no recovery disk for it.:( . I was just wondering if there are boot up disk for this or is there anywhere on the internet that I can download a recovery disk for it.?. Any help would greatly be appericiated.

    When you turn the computer on and keep your finger on the F1 key, do you get to the set up? If so, you should be able to reset your computer to the factory settings. You'll lose all of your software and files, but it might get your computer working again. Then you'd have to reload all of your software. Also, you might be able to boot in SAFE MODE if the
    F1 key works. Or, call HP and see what they say. They may be able to send you a boot disc.
