    Tenant vs tenant
    What are our rights when it comes to harassment and threats from tenants in same apartment building. The management co.has been lax in helping with the dispute no matter how many police reports are filed.This is in Montana.

    What is the harassment, are you pressing charges against them ? Have you gotten a lawyer to sue them, and perhaps to sue the landlord if there is something they "SHOULD" be doing according to the lease.
