    Male chest enhancement
    My doctor told me that I have a "sunk in chest". I was wondering if anyone here has had chest implants, are they worth the money.

    Would joining a gym and lifting weights help?
    I think that would be the better solution in the long run

    I'll agree as well. Mussel tone and the exercise from weights will have multiple benefits to health as well.

    It will be a bit of work but its worth it in so many ways.

    I have been working out, doing push ups and pull ups and doing a lot of shoulder work. But when I lay down flat my chest poins down toward my necky like the rib cage is tilted or something.

    It takes time... you won't get results in days or even weeks.
