Stuck taskbar
Can anyone give me an idea of where to look to fix a stuck taskbar? I can move it around the screen, but can't slide it over to the right to compile the open windows. It shows the arrow but won't let me move it. Any ideas?
And yes, I've made sure it wasn't locked. I've also clicked and unclicked all options to see if it helps. Help! |

You just have to keep playing with it. Continue to try to move it from every possible point on the bar; from left to right or top to bottom, whatever the case may be. Click and hold one small section at a time and eventually, you will grab hold of exactly the right spot to make the move.
