I'm 14, 90 lbs and 5 foot. I really want to gain weight and get muscle but I can't seem to even though I work out like four times a week and eat a heck a lot of protein. Can anyone help me with this? Any experienced people?
Well I'm not exactly "expierenced", but one of my friends needed to gain some weight too and her doctor advised her to drink Ensure (1-2 everyday). Ensure is a drink-like substance and it comes in a few flavors.
