I have a 4 yearold daughter. I currently won full sole custody of her. Her mom was on drugs and neglected to take care of our daughter. She was always hurt and sick. She was given supervised visits at a drug-rehab center with drug testing before she sees our daughter. Its been a year since she seen her and also 5 months since she called. She has not made any attempt to call or see our child. My daughter now does not want nothing to do with her. She does not even want me to mention her. She now calls my current girlfriend who we've been living with for 3years "mama". I would like to know if she and I went back to court would she be able to get any rights to my daughter?

She could try but with her not making any attempts to have any relationship with your daughter and the fact that her visits were supervised I doubt a Judge would even barely be interested in granting her supervised visits again.
