Yard King riding mower clutch spring
I have a Yard King riding mower. The clutch is not working. There is one spring that appears attached to the pedal that is okay. The idler pulley has a loose what appears to be wire attachment. I can't see where it should be attached. Suggestions?

There should not be a wire to the pulley. The spring usually hooks to a knotch or eyelet.
