    Small business
    My husband sells cars for a man with a retail license. The owner plans to 1099 him for sales. Can we set up anykind of small business account? How much should we pay an accountant in AZ? Does that make himself employed? Thanks

    If the owner plans to 1099, it can be assumed your husband is being treated as an independent contractor whether this is the correct method is not part of this discussion.no accountant should charge more because he may have to deal with 1099, self employed, versus employee. Issues are similar and price should be within reasonable range.
