Divorce pending - Spouse Moved out of state w/kids
Divorce is pending but spouse moved 900 miles away with both kids w/o telling me. What do I do now. They are 900 miles away making it financially almost impossible for me to see them. Can court get her to pay for travel expenses for the kids since it was her idea to move so far away.

Did she have permission from the court to remove herself and the kids so far away; another state perhaps. If she did this without permission she could be charged with kidnapping and that would solve your problem.

No, she did not have permission to leave the state. The problem is between my son and his soon to be ex-wife. There was no reason for her to do this unless she is hiding something from him. I hope she can be charged with something. Thanks for your answer.

She can not just take the kids and move out of state... go back to court ASAP and take care of this the, longer you wait the worse it will be for you. Depending on the financial cituation she will have to cover travel for the kids & you. Are you an active father with your children? Does she have full custody of the children? She does not have the right to keep the children from there father they need him just as much as they need her... I would ask for 50% custody as this will be hard on your children @ least you can be in there life as them in yours...
