I have a 5month old son, he sleeps great but I don't, it takes me 2-3 hours to fall asleep and last night I was sleep walking, I woke up in the kitchen preparing a bottle kind of, I had the powder all over the floor and counters... I wake up about 3-4 times a night, any ideas on how to sleep better?:D

Many things can interrupt sleep. Babies are champions at it, but yours sleeps well. Depression can cause you to wake up frequently. Are you able to go outside in the sun every day? Do you drink caffeinated beverages in the afternoon? Are you feeling stress around other things in your life besides sleep?
Everything seems less manageable and less hopeful when we are tired.

Try and set aside a quiet hour for yourself before your bedtime. Enjoy a nice cup of tea and read a book. This will let you mind and muscles settle before hopping in bed.

Books do the same thing to me, unless they're boring. If the book is boring to me I want to put it down and do something else. Bad weather, we get 9 months of it here. I'm going to get one of those lamps, forget what they're called. But they simulate daylight and cost a bundle.
I think that humans originated near the equator. There is 12 hours of day and 12 hours of darkness there. Watch out for the blue light from the TV and the computer screen. These can mess up your natural rhythms and cause sleep-wake difficulties.
