Pregnancy can occur without penetration. A small amount of ejaculate on the woman's leg will do. Sperm swim, so the length of the penis is not terribly important when pregancy is possible. If you two don't want to start a baby, use protection!

No He has to be close enough for the sperm to swim but the odds are of corse better if he is in you If you My wife and I found that the harder we tried to have children the harder it was to conceave so try relaxing and if in time you find that its just not happening talk to a doctor about having some test done

    Have Fun:)

Not fully... that is why pregnancy can occur even with foreplay that does not include actual penetration... although it's not very common and it has to be close enough. You would also have to be near the time you would be ovulating as sperm will only survive a short time otherwise. As your body prepares for ovulation, your cervix, cervical mucus, and environment of the vagina change to allow sperm to survive a few days to await the release of an egg.

The user is 16 and seems to be trying to get pregnant and be able to move out from her parents.

It is obvous since the user does not even know things about having a baby she is far too young to be trying to get pregnant

Whatever age you are, you sound too young and nieve. It is not a judgement but an observation. That is the difference. Also even if you were 18 there has to be a good maturity level, but in your case it is lacking. Yet again another observation from your posts.
