You can use different things on your skin and it will help some but you should also take some kind of essential fatty acid supplement too that will really help your skin to look and feel soft and glow.

With the vitamins it would be Essential fatty acid, omega fatty acid, flaxseed oil, or primrose oil and it is good for acne too.

Get more fish oil in your diet and soak in a nice warm tub with some baby oil in it. Feels great.

Could you, please, have a look at what you are using? Many soaps strip the body of its natural oils.

Maybe, you can try to use gentle, moistorising soaps, than see if it helps. It might take a while for your skin to readjust.

If it doesn't help, (and even if it helps) including more essential fatty acids could be useful.

Wishing you, too, all the best.

I agree, I, too, find that bio oil is very nice to use. It is light, has a nice smell, and the skin feels much softer.
