Yes, there is a solution, but it won't happen over night.
Excersize and maintain a proper diet. That's the key and every body knows that.
Change your daily routine. If you usually take the elevator/escalator then start by taking the stairs. Join a gym or purchase an at-home gym. Wake up at 7:00 am and walk 2 miles every other day. Lose the sweets, fats, greasy/oily foods and start consuming fruits, vegtables, fish, non-fat yogurt and whole grains. If you normally drink soda and/or sugary juices then switch to water. If you must consume carbs, portion it out, say 1/2 cup - 1 cup a night. If you're a salade lover then you're all set! Watch out for the cheese, eggs and dressing you put on them for that can really add up the calories. Do you go to McDonalds, Burger King and Wendys? If so, then STOP! If you must go then study the menu and see what has the less calories and fat.
