    Have H4, will I get L1B?
    Hi,

I have got my H4 stamping some 2 months back and have the validity for 2 years.
Now my organisation wants me to apply for L1B.
    1. Is it possible to get L1B for a person who is holding her H4 visa?
    2. If yes how difficult visa interview would be? Does the consulate encourage this?
    3. How do the organisations usually react to this. My management does not know that I am holding my H4.

My husband has got his H1... but is in India still. We did not decide on our flying on H visas.

    Thanks,
    Siri

I am working in india and I have an L1B VISA and I would like it to be converted into H1B.

    1. Do I need to go to USA so that the conversion takes place?
    2. Will my currrent company be notified when I am changing the status of my VISA?
    3. Will my L1B get cancelled if the H1B is not approved?
