Is it our pipes or leading into the city pipes?
Our toilet slowly stopped flushing it will slowly drain as well as the tub and when I use the washer it comes out the toilet. I bought a snake and snaked both toilets on each end of the house. It showed no clogs. We went out for the weekend and when we came back everything worked. Back for one day it stopped working again. We live in a trailer park so it is city water and sewer. Where could the clog be and what do we need to do to fix it.
    Thank you

Most likely - the problem is either in your trailer or outside your trailer. If it is City problem, than your neighbors would experience same problems with drainage.

I am not sure how it works with trailer parks, but I believe, that trailer park owner is responsible for clean sewers on his/her property. Once outside the gate, than the responsibility transfers to the City.

Depending on location trailer parks either connect to the city sewer or have their own septic systems. In any event I would send a sewer snake down the bathroom roof vent. Put out enough cable to get past the park connection. If there is still a problem it then becomes the parks responsibility to clear the blockage. Good luck, tom
