I receive the messege spoolsv has generated errors and will be closed by windows.You will need to restart program.H ow do I restart program. Thanks

If your running 98, restart your comp. If your running xp, press crtl+alt+del and click the applications tab. Then click new task (bottomright) then type in spoolsv. It should restart it. If not, restart comp. (your comp should run fine with it off though, just to let you know.)
