    Old warrants in md
    Found out I have warrant in Maryland for breaking and entering, violation of probation from 1991 how do I take care of this I live in tn

    You can get an Attorney in TN to find out what's going on in Maryland; you could go to Maryland and ask in person - but you could get arrested on the spot.

    You could also get arrested if you get stopped anywhere for anything and your name comes up - which it probably will do.

    You hire an attorney, you will need one in Maryland they will arrange bail for you, you go up and turn yourself in and get bailed out. >> attorney may arrange you to just pay bail without appearing at the bail hearing. But not likely.

    Then you and your attorney prepare for trial on the criminal charges.

    At this point if you get stopped for a traffic ticket or any reason, even a check point, TN could arrest you and send you up there without you being prepared, just pretend, in the morning on the way somewhere, you are transported to Maryland and your car impounded, since you are being sent away, what do you do then ? Best to take care of it now
