    First of all, it is not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's thread. It only leads to confusion and your question may not get answered.

    Secondly, please be patient. We all volunteer our time here and as you posted the same question in one minute, I was still at work.

    Now, to answer your question. You can get sebaceous cysts on your penis that may look like acne, but it is not the same kind of acne you get on your face.
