I am not trying to advertise. I just need help to monitor my use of it. I created a blog where I put into detail as to what I take, feel, experience and the results (the good, the bad and the ugly). This will also serve as a self check for me:

Since there are many health experts here, I thought maybe I can get some help :)

I have read so many negative stuff about it. However, I was curious why this pill is still circulating and is being patronized. So I thoroughly searched for a reliable supplier which I found after a couple of months.

I ordered from that person 3 months worth of strong level 1 BP and I have started yesterday. I have really no intention to drastically lose weight, 10-15lbs a month is enough for me. However, with so many efforts before, I have continuously failed. I really do have problems with self control and discipline. I diet and exercise, then fall out. I purchased these pills to help me jumpstart my weight loss. I adhere to eating healthy and exercising (as you will see in my blog)

I even plan to take the BP every other day once I get the 20lbs off and stop on the 2nd month. I am not into being skinny. I just want to go down 10lbs lower than my ideal weight.

A weight loss and diet pill that is very common in south east asia (SEA). Acts as an appetite suppressant and stimulant, very much like methamphetamine mainly because it is methamphetamine. It usually comes in combination packaging of 60 pills. The idea is you take the first type in the morning and then you take the second kind in the evening. They are not interchangeable. The first one contains methamphetamine and gets you speeded up all day without getting hungry, perfect for work, then the second pill has some sort of benzodiazepine like diazepam (common brand Valium) which you take in the evening to chemically induce sleep.

Unbeknownst to most users, these pills are actually illegal and carries the same penalty as the possession of methamphetamine. Use of these pills will not only wreak havoc on your metabolic system, sleep cycle, and your body in general, but will also result in a drug test returning positive for methamphetamine. This is more often than not a case for expulsion from employment

And, by the way, I liked you blog. A weight loss diary is the best way to lose weight apparently; better yet if you include caloric intake every day and if you don't reach your goal for that week, you can look back and find out why, by checking the calories you took in.

Also, I thought of including that caloric intake with my blog but its just hard to keep on calorie counting.. I just try to eat as much as healthy food as I can (ie. Brown or rye bread instead of white bread, fresh fruit instead of fruit in cans etc. lettuce instead of rice).. and then I don't deprive myself also of the food that I like esp rice. I just try to limit my intake as much as possible.. because doing this I think will make it easy for me to maintain such eating habits rather than being on a strict diet or food lifestyle.

Diet and exercise (stress exercise and most importantly good cardio workouts) are key words in any safe effective weight loss plan. I would never recommend diet pills to anyone. There are many good diet regimes out there accessible on Google which allow a person good nutritious meals according to a weight loss plan.

Losing l7 lbs. in less then one month is not a healthy alternative as far as I am concerned. Two pounds per week is a safe weight loss. And I always suggest walking for at least 45 minutes three times a week.
