Inground sprinkler head ripped through pool liner
Just got a 24 ' above ground pool installed. The guys who installed it put it right over a sprinkler head, which 3 weeks later finnally burst through. Now water is entering the sprinkler system and pouring out another head. Installation company says their contract states they are not responsible for sprinkler heads even though they ha d to see it after removing grass. One guy told me don't let water out of pool another says let it out or you endanger your pol opf collapsing . Also this is a brand new pool can I patch it or must I get a new liner for big dough?

Your pool will not collapse but the installer is a total fool . I can't imagine any contract that would allow them to escape liability. Ask them to show you a document you signed that excuses them. I think they are totally liabile and your pool needs a replacement liner.

You were right I pressed the installation company on the contract and had the boss come out and see that the pop up sprinler head should have been seen. He agreed and put in a new liner free of charge( the price of the liner came out of the orkers check ,and he was not to happy). Thank you for your help in this matter.
