    Does the dog have a fungus infection somewhere on its body and has been licking it? Fungus needs a warm environment in order to thrive. I'm guessing no to your question. The best thing to do (if the dog has a fungus infection) is to visit the vet to get that treated. Fungus infections are smelly and itchy.
