Confuse with the law
Hello my name is tijuana Iam sending this message to see anybody understand the law for sex offender, if the girl has 15years and have sex with 15 guys on the same time and she is been having sex since she was 12years HOW can she put so many guys on jail
And the police don't care or how can police say the guys are sex offenders if they don't rape anybody,I understand if the girl was kidnap and rape that is bad so bad . They should see the deference between rape and voluntary sex the girls on this days Have sex at 13years and what is to happen? The law should be like for a a murder, 1st degree or 2nd degree. This guys can"t live any place they can"t work they can"t have normal life,and why the killers,drug dealer,theft they can have a normal life, wy they dont exposed poster about a killer a drug dealer a theft, the you know who is your neighbors? Im sending this messageto see if anybody understand this situation and somebody can help us whit this problem. my son expend 6years on jail and he"s live is going to be terrible because he is not going to have normal life any more he"s going to be worst then a killer or drug dealer . You say your son yet in another post you say this happened to your boy friend.
You said he is 19 and yes they CAN do that to him because it was with a minor whether she consented or not because the law is a minors can not consent. He had to have known that before he did that. You said this happened in California in your other post?
