    Deferred probation violation
    I am on deferred probation violation I have not passed three drug test due to pot. My probation officer said he has no clue what will happen to me. I have been on probation for over a year. He said the judge could summins me to court of put out a warrant for me what do you think will happen? I live in Texas and he said the judge is some times nice to people. I attend college and have full time job . Im behind on my fee and csr hours but will catch up by the time I go to court. Can anyone give me any advise?

    Well, the person closest to the case is your PO and if he doesn't know what will happen -

    You could get another chance; you could go to jail and finish out your sentence; if you are summoned to Court and don't show up, yes, a warrant will be issued for your arrest.

    It sounds like you are not in accordance with the terms of your probation in several ways - dirty tests, behind on fees, behind on csr hours - so, yes, you will probably have to go to Court and you could be revoked.

    This does not sound like a one time violation.

    Personally opinion, you have a great chance of spending the rest of your sentence in jail. After one failure, you did not change, after two, you did not stop, you are just telling the court, >>>>> you I don't care what you said, your rules, I will do what I want. That is what three failures tell me, In fact in most places after two you would have already been in lock up waiting for a hearing.

    Sounds like between now and when they come to lock you up, you had better not have a single dirty test and had better ste your csr ahead real quick
