    Spider Veins!
All right, so I'm a 17 year old female probably a good 20-25 pounds overweight. (I'm addressing that by the way, going to start working out Tuesday!) Here's the deal though, I'm not, morbidly obese, yet I have several spots of spider veins on my thighs. I feel as if I am developing these prematurely, but they run in my family-all the women have extreme spider veins all in their legs and developed them early too. I just want to know a) If my working out and weight loss will help. b) If not, what can I do to get rid of or slow down the progression of my spider veins. And c) can spider veins really be genetic?

Bioflavonoids and vitamin C might help

Gotu Kola 60 mg a day for a month helps some people but if it doesn't help within a month it most likely isn't going to help at all

If you are taking medicine for blood or heart check how safe these are with the meds.

Veins [ 3 Answers ]

Hi, it all started in the summer when I had extreme stress levels. I've been to the optician but she said there was nothing wrong. However, veins are now prominent in both my eyes when they never used to be; they appeared one morning when I woke up in the summer. Also, I get little black spots...
