    Ge side by side rusting on outside of freezer door
    I have a 3 year old GE side by side that is rusting out behind the door handle on the freezer side, it is causing rust to stream down the front of my fridge. What causes this?

    Check the rubber seals that should prevent air coming inside. You also should have problems with ice building up inside.
