    Pregnant or Bad PMS?
    I started my first round of Clomid last month and now as I get closer to the time of my period I am having some odd symptoms. They feel like really bad PMS but I don't know. I had a positive ovulation test on the 24th of June and I am supposed to start my period on July 9th. The past few days I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, sore breast( like a sharp stabbing paing in the nipple area and they hurt to lie on them), light cramps, A LOT of gas, head aches, and really really bad mood swings. Im not sure what to think. I took a HPT this morning and got a negative result. Did I take it to soon?
    So are these Really bad PMS symptoms or more like Pregnancy symptoms? This will be my 3rd child if I am but my first 2 came with much ease and I wasn't trying. Now that I am trying its been really hard.

    Unfortunately you will have to just wait and see. Clomid can really effect some women negatively with increased PMS, especially the irritability.
    It's frustrating when pregnancy happens without giving it much thought before and then you need to pull out all of the stops when you are really trying and it isn't happening as quickly as you think it should.
    Hopefully it is pregnancy, but if not, keep going with the clomid... sometimes it takes a few cycles and once in awhile even a dosage change to get results.
