Name of this show during the90's
The series was played weekly during the 90's, it was set at the turn of the century on Prince Edward Island and Falicity or Valicity was a young girl and a main character. Some other chacacters include a clumsy mad scientist, a young, pretty woman who loved him, a crabby but comical spinster womanwho was a teacher, very quaint and nostalgic. I can't remember the title of the series for the life of me. I think it was a spin off the books about Ann of Green Gables... help!

I believe it was the hour-long Disney Channel drama "Tales from Avonlea" (originally called "Road to Avonlea" in Canada, or as each episode from this set is titled, simply "Avonlea")

I've watched it when I was littler, like maybe in the 90's or late 90's but I don't remember the name. it had puppet kids and one of them was a chinese girl and one was a blonde boy, they had a greenhouse in their house annnnnd I think there might have been a red headed girl and black boy. help....
Okay. There was this girl who could stop time with her two pointer fingers. And Bull from Night Court was on it a few times. This girl was a teenager and her father was from another planet. I cannot figure out the name of it! PLEASE HELP! It was on late 80's early 90's.
