    Exector of estate
    My father has just passed away my mom was first to go. My brother is exector of the estate. Out of 5 kids we all want to sell the house to our one brother. The oldest brother and exector of the estate wants to sell it to a stranger. How can we take care of this matter it s 4 against 5 and he is exector

    If the Will is probated you will be able to challenge him before the Probate Judge. Get a good estate attorney to help with this. In order to sell the house the will will have to be probated.

    Is the brother offering the same amount of money ? Does the brother have the ability to get the loan for the amount of money that is needed.
