Maple tree roots will not damage your house. I have three maple trees within l5 ft. of my house and have never had a problem with my foundation and my house is 60 years old. Maple trees are the least of any ones worries.

What trees are worrisome? I just planted seven various ones.

Also I already had a pacific sunset maple. It's in the front yard and I'm worried about that one the most because I heard it might ruin my sewer pipe. Thinking of digging it out.
