Check for spark at each plug. That needs to be blue and have a good "snap" to eliminate a weak coil and show that the ignition module is doing it's part.
Have you had a recent tune up? You may simply need to perform a tune-up. You don't tell us how many miles and in what types of driving conditions you are operating in...
Cap, rotor, wires and plugs could do the trick. If not, there could be an issue with either fuel quality or fuel pressure. All of this could be diagnosed by a good shop with experienced technicians that posses the skills and tools to do the job right.
Call around and ask for more information from various shops in your area. I would call the dealer and a couple other shops to see what they charge for diagnosis and what does their warranty cover. Even after you select a shop to do the work, find out if you can get a second opinion before you let go of your hard earned money.
By the way, why did you replace the TPS and the fuel filter?

It has about 200,000+ miles, I drive daily about 25 miles per day. I changed the TPS and fuel filter because a mechanic said that, those could be the problems. Would the check engine come on if it needed a basic tune up? Spark plugs, wires, roter and roter cap?

The check engine light is motivated by emissions. If the state of tune was so bad that the Engine Control Module (ECM) detected a significant misfire, it could then store a code and turn on the light.
If the light is on, have that code or codes read and diagnosed then let us know here.
