    Verbal expressions
    I need to know how to translate this verbal expression into an equation when X represents the number.

    The product of a number and -4 is -24

    Hmm... It has to be either

    x + (-4) = -24; x = -20

    x (-4) = -24; x = 6

    X (-4) = 6; x = -24

    x + (-4) = -24; x = 20

    Hey, there don't exite yourself... There's no '2' in front of the '008'.
