    Do I need an Attorney for motin to discover
    I have been served for items people are claiming were in my unit,but are not there
    And there is no inventory document.
    Do I need attorney to represent myself

    Welcome to AMHD. Any way you can expand your explanation of the facts of this case? You have been served with a motion? Are you a party to a law suit? Look over the motion carefully; does it refer to a rule number? What state?
