    Replacing SR Flour with Plain.
    How do I use plain flour with baking soda to replace SR Flour?

    Add baking powder to the plain flour
    Ratio...
    Mix two teaspoons of baking powder to a cup of plain flour and then sift thoroughly several times.'
    And for the english of us... baking powder and it says 4 level teaspoons for every 8oz of plain flour!
