I lost 25 pounds since the beginning of the year.
I ate small meals, every four hours. I just limited fats, salts, and sugar... Wasn't really a diet, just a slight change.
I work out four days a week, mostly cardio and arm exercises.

I'm a 22 year old male... since the beginning of the year, I started to eat better (no sodas/chips/random snacks), better meals (chicken breast, more veggies, fish, etc), and started to run 3 days a week and lift weights 3 days a week.
I've lost 30 lbs.
Now I'm trying to "bulk up," but it's harder than I thought... who knew?

I have lost 8 lbs since starting a fiber/nutrient drink (8 weeks ago). I eat well, I'm a dietitian so I know what to do but it gets rid of my cravings.

What is in a fiber nutrient drink? How many per day? Is it a meal replacement?

Two a day and it's not a meal replacement. You can learn about it at my site. Everyone that is using it (and not forgetting) is having great results. As a RD, I've never seen anything like it - lowers cholesterol too.

That's great! My downfall is that I LOVE soda... I've just got to have that Mt. Dew! But, I also love to season my foods when I cook... LOTS of butter, garlic salt, salt, etc... and, plus I overeat. If something tastes so good to me, I can't help but to eat more. And, I'm on a budget and it seems like you have to pay more to eat healthy is some situations. It's much cheaper for me to buy a pack of weinees and have hotdogs for dinner as opposed to buying fresh veggies, chix, etc. I love fruit, but fresh fruit is just outrageous!
But congratulations... keep up the hard work!

Actually, being a poor college grad, I realized that cooking healthy meals are WAYYY cheaper.
For breakfast, I usually go for a bowl of cereal, and I have yogurt/apples/bananas/oranges as snacks.
For lunch, a salad, a fruit, and/or tuna salad or some sort of sandwich.
For dinner, a pack of mixed frozen vegetables that serve roughly 6 - 7 meals costs $0.99 a pack at my grocery store... a package of about 8 chicken breast fillets run me about $8... and a bag of rice will run me about $5. 4 fillets of tilapia runs me about $4.
Overall, my groceries cost me about $30 a week or so... and I eat quite a bit.
So yeah, if you budget and shop well, it's much cheaper.

But, you're only feeding one mouth, so it is much cheaper. My husband eats like a horse! And, as I mentioned earlier, I also have a problem with overeating. I may eat twice as much as you, which in turn, adds up to more money. Sometimes I just don't know when to back away from the table!
Food is my addiction. I use it for comfort also. If I'm having a bad day or I'm down about something, I always turn to food. :(
