    Involutary notice of lien
    What is the proper procedure of getting a lien against a debtors property I was sent a involuntary notice of lien and it had the words unofficial document what do the words unofficial document mean?

    A judgment against a debtor creates a judgment lien in favor of the plaintiff against all property of the debtor/defendant not otherwise protected by some kind of homestead. Are you being merely harassed by a creditor?
