    Type of thermostat for a 94 jeep grand cherokee ltd
    Is more than one type of thermostat??
    If so ,which type of thermostat is the best one for a 1994 jeep grand cherokee ltd. (one that will keep it cool ):rolleyes:

    Yes, and install with pin up. Seal (thermostat mounting rubber) goes over the thermostat.

    I didn't follow that pin thing or the rubber part... can u please explain!

    If you see a pin on the periphery of the thermostat, it should face up. There might even be a cutout on the thermostat housing cluing you in. Install the thermostat first, place the gasket on top of the thermostat, then position the housing cover.
