    What size unit for new construction home?
    I am having a new home built in NC. The home is 1900 sqft with R30 Ceiling and R13 Wall insulation. What size 13 SEER unit would you recommend for most efficient operation?

    Probably 3.5 ton,, but get several guesstaments,, from reputable contractors,, the install is very important,, let them tell you, they will have to stand behind their work and equipment
